Treatment at the clinic
Evidence status: ExperimentalP-Shot at UZ Clinic Antalya
How does a P-Shot appointment work at UZ Clinic Antalya?
After a case review and an in-person assessment by the urologist, suitable patients may be offered a P-Shot. The visit covers consent, a blood sample, PRP preparation, numbing and injection as an outpatient procedure, followed by aftercare instructions. PRP for ED is experimental, so the doctor explains the evidence and alternatives first.
Key fact: The 2026 EAU guideline says intracavernosal PRP for erectile dysfunction should be used only in a clinical-trial setting. (European Association of Urology, 2026; page updated )
